Terms & Conditions

(1) **For the booking confirmation 25% amount would be chargeable from the Total  Tour cost before 90 days.

(2) **50% amount would be chargeable from the Total Tour cost before 45 days.

​

(3) **75% amount would be chargeable from the Total Tour cost before 25 days.

​

(4) **100% payment of Tour cost must be paid before 15 days.

​

(5) ***Advance deposited done by client/guest or Principal Travel Agent for booking the tour would be forfeited, if 100% payments of booked Tour will not be made before 15 days.

​

(6) **No any travels insurance, accidental insurance, luggage insurance, life insurance etc; would be cover / applicable during your tour neither can be  claim in any circumstances by the client / guest or Principal Travel agents.

(7) **Amount deposited by the client for booking the tour would not be refundable in any case, but would be adjustable in next journey by the client / guest from the day of tour booking within 1 year.

​

(8) ** Booking the tour is your personal concern, no any allegation can be made by the Guest/Client or Principal Travel Agents.

​

(9) ** In case of any medical assistance the expenses would be bear by the guest / client.

​

(10) Any Extra services would be chargeable on your personal grounds.

​

(11) If total number of the group is 10 or above then 15% flat discount will be given on the total tour cost.

​

(12)** Tour Itinerary would be strictly followed as mentioned on the website, No any amendment would be considered by the guest/clients or Principal Travel agents.

(13)***** In case of any disputes, the legal action will come under the jurisdiction of Honourable "Allahabad High court", Uttar Pradesh.

Do's & Don't:

​

If you are coming to educational & cultural capital of the world Varanasi as a tourist so it is our duty to tell you certain social expectation that you should followed.

​

1. It is recommended you to dress up modestly, it mean cover your shoulders, chest, legs etc. The female traveller may bring the scarf to cover her head inside the temple or any other sacred places.

​

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited at the public places in Varanasi including the River front or Ghats, Temple etc.

​

3.  In Varanasi photography is allowed to everywhere except at the cremation ground & inside the Hindu temples.
